Electric Ferrari to Get Imitation of V8 Roar
A video of the road tests of the first fully electric model of Ferrari has appeared on the Internet. Despite the fact that the car is driven by an electric power plant, it creates an imitation of the roar of a V8 engine
It should be admitted that this is not just an audio recording, but an extremely convincing imitation of the roar of the engine. Not every passerby would guess what the secret is here. To make it more convincing, pseudo-exhaust pipes were even prepared for the test car. Let us recall that the company previously confirmed that their electric car will not be silent and will receive a unique soundtrack. In this regard, it can be assumed that the imitation of the internal combustion engine will be available to buyers with the initial configuration. Probably, there will also be an option to turn off the soundtrack if necessary.
The electric Ferrari should debut in 2025. According to some reports, the cost of a copy will start at 500,000 euros. The assembly of the model will be set up at the new Ferrari plant in Maranello, which will be commissioned in the near future. It is noted that the new production facility will increase the volume of Ferrari cars produced to 20,000 cars per year.
