They say that the new product is capable of bypassing even the new 911. Here's what the heart of the Panamera does to the crossover

The new product, which has become the flagship of the Cayenne family, was called, as expected, Turbo S E-Hybrid. Its power plant consists of a 550-horsepower 4.0-liter gasoline V8 and an electric motor with an output of 136 hp. Together they develop 680 hp and 900 Nm of torque. The engine is combined with an eight-speed automatic, and all-wheel drive is also available.

It is curious that such a crossover will take only 3.6 seconds to accelerate to one hundred kilometers per hour, which is quite comparable to the characteristics of the Porsche 911 Carrera. In addition, the hybrid Cayenne will be able to travel about 40 km without any fuel – on electric power alone, using the resource of a 14.1-kilowatt battery, and when both motors work together, the crossover consumes about 3.8 liters of fuel per 100 km. It will be possible to fully charge the battery from an external energy source in about two hours.
