Electric Mustang crossover: presentation date announced
Ford has announced the presentation of a fully electric crossover. The model will be shown on November 17
The new product will be the first Ford that was originally designed as an electric car. Visually, the car will imitate the Mustang coupe. Rumor has it that it will be called Mach-E and will receive rear-wheel drive. Technical details are not fully known, but according to bits of information that have leaked out earlier, the older versions of the electric car will have a range of 500-600 kilometers.
Previously, Ford has already produced an electric car – based on the third-generation Focus. Its production began in December 2011. Initially, the model was equipped with a 23 kWh battery; in 2017, a new 33.5 kWh battery appeared. The electric motor power was 145 hp. Production was completed in 2018.
