Ford Bronco gets a special version that is not afraid of water

Ford has introduced another off-road modification of the Bronco model. It is called Everglades and this time it is prepared to overcome deep water obstacles

All the advantages of the new Bronco can be described in one phrase – “it is capable of overcoming fords a meter deep.” The car got such capabilities for a reason. Firstly, Ford engineers installed a special snorkel on the SUV. In addition, for the Bronco Everglades, the location of the ventilation holes of the bridges and transmission was changed. Of course, the SUV is equipped with power bumpers, a powerful winch and wheels with off-road tires.

An interesting fact – the new special version was built on the basis of a modification of the SUV – with a 270-horsepower 2.3 turbo engine and an 8-speed automatic. Also, the car will be equipped with front and rear differential locks by default. The standard “Bronco” can, among other things, be equipped with the same engine, but with a 6-speed manual transmission, as well as a 2.7 turbo engine with 310 horsepower paired with the already mentioned automatic.
